Dr. Kiran Bala

Dr. Kiran Bala serves as Chief People Officer at SG Analytics since March 2022, focusing on building the leadership team, digitizing people and culture processes, and advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, contributing to the company being Great Place to Work Certified for two consecutive years. Concurrently, Dr. Bala acts as an Advisor at Emotiu/Moonshots to develop an Emotional Intelligence as a Service (EIaaS) product. Previous leadership roles include Director & Head of Human Resources at UST BlueConch Technologies, where Dr. Bala achieved the organization's first Great Place to Work Certification, and Head of Talent Management at SKF India, overseeing HR strategies across multiple locations. Dr. Bala's extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and strategic consulting spans several prominent organizations, bolstered by an educational background that includes a PhD in Management with a focus on Emotional Intelligence.
