Brian L. Powell

Brian L. Powell is an experienced construction administrator with a diverse background in project management and construction oversight. Currently serving at GreenbergFarrow since May 2022, responsibilities include reviewing RFIs and submittals and assisting construction teams. Previous roles include Neighborhood Superintendent at Redwood Living, where project planning and coordination for a residential subdivision were key, and Construction Contract Administrator at Moseley Architects, managing A/E construction phase services. Additional experiences encompass construction administration and supervision for various firms, with responsibilities ranging from overseeing compliance on state-funded school projects to managing renovations of multi-family housing. Brian holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture from Miami University and an Associate's degree in Construction Management from JPI University.
