Lauren Donato

Lauren Donato currently serves as the Head of Executive Talent in the Portfolio Value Creation team at Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE), a position held since 2021. Prior to this role, Lauren worked as an Executive Recruiter in the Financial Officers Practice at Heidrick & Struggles from 2019 to 2021, where the firm specializes in senior-level executive search and leadership consulting services. Lauren also has experience in brand strategy, having worked at Viacom from January 2018 to February 2019. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from The Peddie School.
