Abhishek Master

Abhishek Master, P.E. is a Project Consultant at Simpson Gumpertz & Heger Inc. since February 2018, with a prior role as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from July 2015 to December 2017, focusing on Fiber Reinforced Concrete research. Abhishek also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant during this period, supervising laboratory activities and grading for various courses. Abhishek earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka. Leadership experience includes serving as President of the American Society of Civil Engineers NITK Student Chapter and contributing as a founding member of the organization. Abhishek's earlier experiences include undergraduate research assistance at Michigan State University and internships with ITD Cementation India Ltd and Aarvee Associates.
