Magali Dauwalder

Magali Dauwalder has extensive work experience in corporate communications and marketing. Magali is currently the Global Head of Corporate Affairs at SGS since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Hirslanden as the Head of Communications and Marketing Hirslanden Romandie from 2019 to 2021, and at Hirslanden Clinique La Colline as the Head of Communications and Marketing from 2015 to 2021. Magali also served as an Executive Committee Member and Public Affairs Chair at Groupement des Entreprises Multinationales - GEM from 2012 to 2015, where they led the Public Affairs Group and played a key role in launching the Open Doors initiative in Geneva. Before that, they worked at DuPont de Nemours as the Public Affairs and Corporate Communications Leader for Switzerland and EMEA from 2008 to 2015, handling media relations, crisis communication, and strategic planning for science communications. Magali also worked at Givaudan as a Corporate Communications Officer and Deputy Head of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations from 2004 to 2008, and at Visana Assurances SA as a Corporate Communications Specialist, Spokesperson, and Deputy Head of Corporate Communications from 2001 to 2004. Magali began their career as a Flight Attendant Freelance at Crossair AG from 1999 to 2001.

Magali Dauwalder earned a Master's degree in Communications from USI Università della Svizzera italiana, completing their studies from 1996 to 2001.
