Bheng U.

Bheng U. has an extensive work history in various HR roles. Bheng currently holds the position of Vice President HR, APAC and Global Production at SGS & Co since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief People Officer, Philippines at GroupM in 2022. Bheng also worked at AECOM, where they were the Global Head of HR for Global Business Services from 2021 to 2022 and the Head of HR for Global Business Services in the Philippines from 2019 to 2021. Before that, Bheng U. was the Head of HR at GHD from 2016 to 2019 and the Head of HR at Financial Times from 2012 to 2016. Bheng also held roles at Hitachi Consulting, Avanade, Financial Times (again), iConcerto, Inc., and Capstone Solutions Inc. throughout their career.

Bheng U. holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Paul College Manila. Bheng is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (Thesis Pending) from De La Salle University.
