Fernando Cruz has extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Fernando currently holds the position of Corporate Culinary Director at SH Hotels & Resorts since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Culinary Director at 1 Hotels for seven years from December 2014 to January 2021. Fernando also served as the Executive Chef and HRMT Chef Instructor at Capella Hotel Group from December 2013 to December 2014.
