Marco Selva

Marco A. Selva is an accomplished executive in the luxury hospitality sector, currently serving as Executive Vice President at SH Hotels & Resorts since December 2022. Previously, Marco held the position of Senior Vice President - Luxury & Lifestyle Hotels at Highgate from November 2021 to October 2022 and Area Vice President at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality from November 2019 to October 2021. Marco's extensive career includes leadership roles such as President of Selva Group, where oversight of asset management featured high-profile brands like Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton. Notably, Marco launched the St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort & Residences, a flagship $850 million project for Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Vice President at Gencom Group and Regional Vice President at The Ritz-Carlton. Marco A.
