Steven Minor

Steven Minor has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Steven most recently worked as the Corporate Director of Beverage at SH Hotels & Resorts starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Corporate Beverage Director at 1 Hotels from April 2018 to December 2022. Steven also held the position of Director of Beverage at The Stronach Group Racing and Gaming from January 2017 to April 2018, overseeing beverage operations for major events like the Pegasus Cup and the Preakness stakes. Earlier in their career, they worked at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as the MO Bar & Lounge Manager from November 2014 to December 2016, and at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in various roles, including Beverage Manager and Allium Assistant Manager & Seasons Manager In Training. Steven began their career at the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne, holding positions such as Server/Bartender.

Steven Minor attended Coral Gables Senior High School from 1998 to 2001. Later, they pursued a Bachelors in Science degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, graduating in 2010.
