Sothearith Seak is a Water Resources and Hydraulic Structures Engineer at Key Consultants (Cambodia) LTD. since July 2019, while also serving as an International Marketing Representative at Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. since July 2018. Prior experience includes a role as a research student and scholarship holder at CDRI-Cambodia from October 2013 to October 2015, focusing on climate change and water governance research in the Tonle Sap River watershed, and a lecturer in Hydrology at Phnom Penh Institute of Technology in 2015. Sothearith holds a Master of Engineering in Hydraulic Structure Engineering from Northwest A&F University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Water Resources Engineering and Rural Infrastructure from the Institute of Technology of Cambodia.
