Emily Hsia is the Co-Founder and CTO of Shadow, a company focused on developing an end-to-end data platform for the cryptocurrency sector, where the challenges of working with on-chain data are addressed. Previously, Hsia held the position of Entrepreneur in Residence at Paradigm, collaborating on the Shadow initiative. As a Staff Software Engineer at Goldfinch and an Engineering Manager at Airbnb, Hsia contributed significantly to the Search Team, holding various roles from Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer. Early experience includes an Engineering Intern role at Codecademy and a Software Engineering Intern position at Airbnb. Emily Hsia earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University and graduated from Saratoga High School.
