Roosevelt Sebial is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and analysis, particularly in healthcare technology through the development of Electronic Medical Records Systems. Currently serving as a Software Developer at Crimcheck and a Senior Software Engineer at OPTX since 2019, Roosevelt previously held positions at Data Soft Logic Corporation and Amesco Drug Corporation, where responsibilities included database design and internal systems development. Additionally, Roosevelt has contributed to academia as an Information Communication Technology Teacher at the University of Southeastern Philippines and Green Valley College Foundation. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Southeastern Philippines and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Mindanao State University.
