Catherine Souders

Catherine Souders is an accomplished operations professional with significant experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager for Global Licensing at Shake Shack since July 2022, Catherine has previously held leadership roles including Head of Operations for Full-Service Dining and Head of New Business Development for Franchising at The Pi Group from July 2020 to July 2022. Prior to this, Catherine worked at Red Lobster for over 18 years, assuming various positions such as Director of International Operations in Asia, and overseeing multiple aspects of operations and human resources. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Media, Journalism, and Public Relations from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and a Master's degree in Management Public Administration from the University of Phoenix.
