Tana Akson

Tana Akson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive search across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Executive Hiring and Lateral Partner Hiring Manager at Shakespeare Martineau since July 2021, Tana has established a new in-house executive search function focused on lateral partner hires and senior executive recruitment. Prior to this role, Tana held positions such as Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Search at IDP Education Ltd, Head of Special Projects and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Agoda, and Managing Director at Amrop Thailand, where Tana successfully relaunched the firm. With earlier experience at Heidrick & Struggles and Bo Le Associates, Tana has built a robust background in executive search, emphasizing cultural fit and diversity in hiring.
