Charlotte Cowan

Charlotte Cowan serves as the Head of Human Resources at Shakespeare's Globe since June 2022. Prior to this role, Charlotte held the same position at Royal Museums Greenwich from August 2018 to June 2022. Charlotte's extensive experience in human resources includes a tenure at the Zoological Society of London (ZSL) from August 2004 to August 2018, where roles ranged from Senior HR Business Partner to HR Administrative Assistant. Charlotte's career began as a Marketing Assistant at MFI in early 2004 and included a role as a Receptionist at Clementine Churchill Hospital from 2002 to 2003. Charlotte holds a PostGraduate Level 7 CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management from DPG (2014-2016) and a Certificate in Personnel Practice from City and Islington College (2008-2009).
