Connor Cutright

Connor Cutright is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Information System Analyst at the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community since June 2021, Connor focuses on generating and distributing reports from HR systems and collaborating with departments to enhance processes and training needs. Previously, Connor held positions such as Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist and Recruiter and HR Program Assistant, gaining expertise in applicant tracking systems, full cycle recruiting, and background check processes. Connor's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Rhodes College and a semester abroad at the University of Antwerp, with additional experience in customer support as a Help Desk Technician.
