Elizabeth Johnson

Elizabeth Johnson is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS). Currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community since July 2020, responsibilities include data analytics and partnership management with educational institutions. Prior roles include Learning Management System Coordinator at Travel Leaders Network, where oversight was provided for over 4,000 users, and a Training and Development Analyst at CO-OP Financial Services, where department-specific learning plans were developed. Elizabeth began their career as a Training Coordinator at TMG, involved in the implementation of the SumTotal Maestro LMS. Educationally, Elizabeth holds a degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Drake University, complemented by a strong foundation from Blaine High School.
