Megan del Frate

Megan Del Frate has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and education. Megan most recently worked at the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community as the Director of HR Business Partners. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Human Resources Business Partner and a Learning and Development Manager at the same company. Before joining the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community, Megan worked as the Director of Orientation at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and as a Curriculum Consultant at Catalyst Agency. Megan also served as the Associate Director of Orientation at the University of South Florida and as the Director of Leadership & Education at Beta Theta Pi fraternity. Megan's early career includes roles as an Assistant Dean of Students/Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life at the University of South Florida, the Senior Director of Programming & Administration at Phi Kappa Tau fraternity, and the Coordinator of Greek Life at the University of Northern Iowa.

Megan Del Frate holds a Master of Education degree in Executive Human Resource Development, which they obtained from Xavier University in the years 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Counseling & Student Personnel from Minnesota State University, Mankato from 1996 to 1998. Megan's educational journey began with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communication from Buena Vista University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their academic achievements, Megan also holds certifications as an Insights Discovery Certified Practitioner, obtained from Insights in November 2019, and as a Managing Learning Programs Certification, obtained from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in June 2019.
