Avi Jencmen is a founding partner at Shalev, Jencmen & Co. since May 2017, specializing in patent strategy planning, drafting and prosecution, monetization services, legal open source consultation, as well as trademark and design strategy and registration services. Prior experience includes roles as an IP Attorney at Naomi Assia & Co. Law Offices and Dr. Shlomo Cohen & Co., and an intern at Arad & Co. Law Offices. Avi's background in technology includes positions at Elbit Systems Ltd and the IDF, culminating in roles such as Program Manager and Head of the Software Technology Department. Avi Jencmen holds multiple degrees in law and computer science from prestigious institutions including Tel Aviv University and Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
