Mohit Donter

Mohit Donter has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Mohit currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Shalimar Paints since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Financial Controller at Usha International from August 2018 to April 2021. From August 2015 to August 2018, they served as the Financial Controller for Decorative Paints at AkzoNobel India Limited. Before joining AkzoNobel, Mohit worked as a Senior Manager (F&A) at SAB Miller India Limited from November 2009 to August 2015. Mohit also held the position of State Commercial Head at Reliance Retail Ltd. from January 2007 to November 2009. Earlier in their career, they worked as Branch Commercial at LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd from February 2005 to January 2007 and as Manager- Internal Audits at S.S Kothari & Co. from May 2002 to February 2005.

Mohit Donter pursued an education in the field of commerce. Mohit completed their higher secondary education from D.A.V Sr. Sec. School, specializing in commerce, from 1991 to 1993. Mohit then attended Panjab University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) from 1993 to 1996.

In 1999, Mohit enrolled in Himachal Pradesh University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) until 2001. During the same period, they also attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and obtained the Chartered Accountant degree in 2003.

Later, from 2013 to 2015, Mohit joined the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi. During this time, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategy & Leadership and Finance.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Mohit Donter also obtained a certification in IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) from ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India). The timeline and details of obtaining this certification are not provided.
