Maggie Sawyers

Maggie Sawyers is an accomplished accounting and finance professional with extensive experience in operations and event management. Currently serving as an Accountant at Shambhala Publications since February 2022, Maggie also holds the position of Office Manager and Finance Specialist. Prior to this role, Maggie was the Special Event Manager at The Rock and Roll Playhouse, where responsibilities included co-managing events for over 400 attendees and overseeing social media and merchandise sales. At the Children's Museum of Denver, Maggie excelled in various leadership roles, including Hiring Manager and Operations Coordinator Lead, focusing on team development, recruitment, and volunteer management. Maggie's background in customer service and management began with positions at Topgolf and Sherwin-Williams Paints and is supported by a Marketing Management degree from Virginia Tech.
