Jhakira Weathers has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jhakira started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Atlantic Transportation Services, where they managed administrative and office support operations. Jhakira then worked as a Communications & Marketing Intern at Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority. After that, they transitioned to the role of Program Development Coordinator at The STOP Organization: Hampton Roads, where they led and coordinated multiple projects and programs. Most recently, Jhakira joined Shamin Hotels as a Catering Sales Manager-Event Manager. Jhakira was promoted to this role after six months as an Event & Sales Coordinator, demonstrating exceptional performance and generating significant sales revenue. At Shamin Hotels, Jhakira successfully project managed various events, managed budgets, and collaborated with clients. Throughout their career, they have consistently shown excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex calendars and schedules.
