Justin Feder is an experienced culinary professional and restaurant consultant with a diverse background in farm-to-table cooking. Since February 2015, Justin has been with Shamrock Foods Company, focusing on building relationships with customers to support their growth and objectives. Prior to that, from November 2014 to February 2015, Justin served as a Farm-to-Table Chef, Food Advocate, and Consultant at The Living Farm-Abundance Gardening, promoting healthy and sustainable food practices. From September 2011 to December 2014, Justin was the Owner/Chef of Artisanal Culinary Concepts, LLC., bringing expertise in various culinary styles and contributing significantly to the farm-to-table movement. Justin holds a Culinary Arts Degree with an emphasis on farm-to-table cooking from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Arizona State University.
