Pat Lay

Pat Lay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and sales management. As Principal at WPM Investments LLC since September 2017, Pat has focused on real estate investment initiatives. Concurrently, Pat serves as Regional Sales Manager at Shamrock International, overseeing major OEM accounts across Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, and Mississippi since August 2012. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President at Petty Marketing Group, LLC from October 2005 to September 2012 and Regional Operations Manager/Sales at Shamrock International from October 1990 to September 2005, where responsibilities included managing logistics and inside sales for major accounts in the Southeast United States. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, Supply Chain Management, and Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 1985 and 1989.
