Essam Hassan

Essam Hassan has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Essam started their career as an Application Specialist at Alsalam International Hospital, where they provided information solutions and technical expertise for hardware and software installation. Essam later became an IT Project Coordinator, assisting management and technical project managers in various tasks. Following that, they worked as an IT Support Technician at RCH, maintaining the IT help desk and troubleshooting IT issues. At Unisys, Essam served as a Field Engineer, providing onsite services for hardware repair and warranty. Their most recent position was at Shamrock Office Solutions, where they held the role of Director of IT Service. In this role, they developed and executed IT strategies, implemented tailored IT solutions, and streamlined service delivery processes. Throughout their career, Essam has demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills.

Essam Hassan obtained an Associate's degree in Cisco Network Academy from San Joaquin Delta College from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Management Information System from King Marriott Academy-KMA from 2001 to 2005. Essam also holds a Bachelor of Information Technology and Business Administration degree from King Marriott University. In addition to their formal education, Essam has obtained several certifications including ITIL v4 from PeopleCert and Dell EMC Certified from Dell in 2020 and 2017 respectively. Essam has also received certifications such as MCSA: Windows Server 2012, A+, MCP, and MCSA 2012 from Microsoft.
