Kaitlin Roemeling

Kaitlin Roemeling has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kaitlin started their career as a Publicity Intern at Sony Music Entertainment in 2009. Kaitlin then worked as a Development Associate at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America before joining Ambit Energy as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2014, Kaitlin became a Corporate Recruiter at EMJ Corporation, where they collaborated with hiring managers to recruit personnel for multiple companies.

In 2016, Kaitlin joined Shamrock Trading Corporation as a University Relations Recruiter, leading the implementation and execution of a university relations strategy and managing the internship program. Kaitlin then transitioned to the role of Corporate Recruiter, responsible for recruiting technical roles and growing remote offices. In 2019, Kaitlin became a Recruiting Manager at Shamrock Trading Corporation.

In 2019, Kaitlin also worked as a Sales Recruiter at Fast Radius, Inc., a 3D manufacturing tech startup. In this role, they attracted passive candidates through networking and cold outreach, developed a sales hiring rubric, and created a robust onboarding process. Kaitlin also led the culture committee and designed an employer value proposition.

In 2020, Kaitlin returned to Shamrock Trading Corporation as a Regional Recruiting Manager. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, university relations, and building employer brands.

From 2006 to 2010, Kaitlin Roemeling attended The University of Kansas, where they pursued a degree in Communications Studies with a minor in Business.
