Tong Liping

Ms. Tong Liping is the Chief Legal Officer, Head of the Legal Department and General Counsel of the Company. Ms. Tong has long been engaged in corporate legal work. She is experienced in legal management and proficient in relevant legal knowledge. From 2004 to 2010, Ms. Tong successively served as the Director of the Legal Audit Office and Head of the Legal Department of Shanghai Electric Power Generation Group. From 2006 to 2008, she also served as the Director of the Legal Affairs Center of the Company. Since 2008, she has successively held the posts of Deputy Head and then Head of the Legal Department, and General Counsel of the Company. Ms. Tong graduated from Fudan University with a master's degree in laws.
