Ella Lawrence

Ella Lawrence has been working in the marketing industry since 2004. Ella began their career as an Assistant Buyer at Macy's and then moved to Sephora in 2006. In 2008, they joined Urban Decay Cosmetics, where they held various roles, including Vice President, Global Marketing, Assistant Vice President, Global Marketing, Retail Marketing Director, Senior International Account Manager, and Account Development Manager. In 2018, they became the General Manager, International at DRUNK ELEPHANT. In 2020, they joined The Route Beauty as Senior Vice President, Marketing & Sales. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Chief Marketing Officer at Shani Darden Skin Care.

Ella Lawrence has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology from the University of London.
