Darrell Gargala

Darrell Gargala is an experienced professional with a diverse background in mortgage lending, education, and outdoor instruction. Currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at RWM Home Loans since April 2023, Gargala has previously held similar positions at Northpointe Bank and Churchill Mortgage Corporation. Additionally, Gargala has been an owner of X-Force Properties, LLC since 2004, focusing on residential real estate and short-term rentals. As a SCUBA Instructor at Underwater Connection Inc. since 2014, Gargala teaches a range of SCUBA courses in the Colorado Springs area. Earlier academic contributions include roles as Associate Professor at National Defense University and the United States Air Force Academy, where Gargala developed and taught various courses related to information warfare and military sciences. Gargala holds a Master’s degree in Business from Troy University and a Bachelor’s degree in Geology/Earth Science from Fort Lewis College.
