Kelley Hiltz-Cameron, RD has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources, talent development, and employee wellness. Kelley began their career at Shannex Incorporated in 1999 as a Registered Dietitian and Foodservices Manager and held this position until 2008. From 2008 to 2009, they served as a Training and Development Coordinator, followed by a promotion to Training and Development Manager from 2009 to 2016. In 2016, they became the Director of Employee Development, Safety, and Wellness at Shannex. Kelley then transitioned to the role of Director of Talent and Organizational Development in 2018 and eventually became the Director of HR later that year. In 2005, Kelley also established their own company called Core Nutrition, where they served as the owner.
Kelley Hiltz-Cameron, RD completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General at Saint Mary's University from 1991 to 1995. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Human Nutrition with a focus on Dietetics/Dietitian at Mount Saint Vincent University from 1995 to 1999. In 2008 to 2010, Kelley obtained a Diploma in Sports Nutrition from the International Olympic Committee. Additionally, they obtained a certification titled "20 Questions to Improve Learning at Your Organization" from LinkedIn in April 2022.
