Louise Trotter

Louise Trotter has extensive work experience in occupational health and safety. Louise is currently the Director of Health, Wellness & Safety at Shannex Incorporated, where they lead the occupational health team and ensures regulatory compliance and the development of a culture of safety. Prior to that, they worked as a Relationship Manager at WCB Nova Scotia from 2013-2018. Louise also served as the Manager of Health, Wellness and Safety at Peel District School Board from 2005-2013, where they were responsible for the coordination and delivery of health and safety support services. Louise started their career as a Safety Officer at Toronto Catholic District School Board and later worked as an Occupational Hygienist at Stantec and an Environmental Specialist at Marshall Macklin Monaghan.

Louise Trotter has a diverse education history. Louise completed their Bachelor of Science degree at McMaster University, specializing in an unspecified field of study. Louise then pursued further education at Conestoga College, where they obtained a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. Additionally, Louise completed a Postgraduate Certificate in the Environmental Engineering Program from the same institution.

Continuing their academic journey, Louise went on to York University to pursue a Master of Public Policy, Administration and Law (M.P.P.A.L). Unfortunately, specific start and end years for each of these educational experiences were not provided.
