Joshua Allan

As a Property Manager Joshua oversees day-to-day activities and preventative maintenance at multiple properties. Joshua manages site visits, coordinating with vendor and tenants, planning and executing various property projects while providing property reports and financials. Joshua came to Shannon Waltchack from J.H. Berry Multi-Family where he was a Property Manager for condominiums. Joshua makes a great addition to the team with his background in HOA’s.

Joshua’s affiliation with the Catholic church brought him to Birmingham in 2013.
