Joao Zeni

Joao Zeni is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and data engineering. Currently serving as Technical Lead at Shape since September 2021, Joao has contributed to both the central data engineering and product teams, focusing on system architecture, backend development, and guiding developers through complex tasks. Prior to this role, Joao worked at Optimum Soluções Estratégicas S/A as a Data Engineer, leading the development of internal data solutions and machine learning algorithms. Joao has also held positions as a Backend Developer at Grupo Nexxera, a Full-stack Developer at SIGLAB, and a Software Developer at Fundação CERTI, where contributions included developing control software and machine learning tools. Joao's academic background includes a BSc in Computer Science from UFSC and a degree in Information Systems Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique et de Mathématiques Appliquées de Grenoble.
