Eugenio De Marco

Eugenio De Marco has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2008, they were the Vice President and Delegate to European Projects and International Relations at ASP Salerno. In 2011, they began working as an Administrative Office Clerk at Università degli Studi di Salerno. The following year, they were the Electoral Campaign Manager at ViviUnisa and a University Library Clerk at Università degli Studi di Salerno. In 2015, they were a Cultural Development Planner at Krakowskie Biuro Festiwalowe. In 2016, they started working at Hays as an Internal Recruiter UK & Italy // Team Coordinator for American Express. Eugenio was promoted to Recruitment and HR Operations Team Leader for American Express in the same year. In 2020, they moved to EPAM Systems as an IT PMO (Project Management Officer). Eugenio then moved to PepsiCo in 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Team Leader. In 2022, they moved to Shape and Shape Games as a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Eugenio De Marco has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from the Università degli Studi di Salerno, which they obtained between 2008 and 2014. Eugenio also attended the Jagiellonian University between 2014 and 2015 as part of the Erasmus Mundus Master's Joint-Degree Programme in Euroculture.
