Tim Ridderbos

Tim Ridderbos is the current General Manager- Management Solutions at Shapiro Metals. Tim has also previously worked as a Territory Manager at Fabick Cat, a Chairman of the HOPE 5K, a Professional Liability Consultant at The Keane Insurance Group, Inc., a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, and a Carpenter at S. and J. Custom Homes.

Ridderbos began their career as a carpenter at S. and J. Custom Homes in 2002. In 2008, they transitioned into the financial industry, working as a financial representative at Northwestern Mutual. Three years later, they became a professional liability consultant at The Keane Insurance Group, Inc.

In 2011, Ridderbos became involved with the Haiti Orphan Foundation and eventually became the Chairman of the HOPE 5K. Tim held this position until 2013 when they began working as a Territory Manager at Fabick Cat.

Ridderbos has been with Shapiro Metals since 2017 and currently holds the position of General Manager- Management Solutions.

Tim Ridderbos has a B.A. in Business and Economics from Trinity Christian College and is currently pursuing a degree in Corporate Sustainability from Harvard Extension School.

Tim Ridderbos reports to Bob Alvarez, President & Chief Operations Officer. Tim Ridderbos works with Judy Ferraro - Vice President of Sales, Ashley Tracey - Chief of Staff- Strategy & Technology, and Rick Dobkin - Chief Marketing Officer.
