Alba Morel

Alba Morel has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Alba began working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Groupe LGM in November 2017, where they were responsible for the entire recruitment process and developed strategies to attract and retain candidates. In October 2018, they joined KPMG as a Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes for various teams and implementing sourcing strategies. At Accenture, starting from September 2020, they served as a Consultant for Talent & Organisation, focusing on transforming and digitalizing HR functions and enhancing employee experiences. Currently, Alba works as an Account Manager at Shapr since January 2022.

Alba Morel completed their education in a chronological manner, starting in 2009 and ending in 2017. Alba first attended Lycée Carnot from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained their Baccalauréat degree. Alba'sfield of study during this time was Literature. Following this, from 2015 to 2017, they enrolled at ESCP Business School and pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Organizations (MS Management des ressources humaines et des organisations). Alba'sfield of study during this program was General Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration.
