Head Of Recruitment

We are looking for an exceptionally driven, experienced Head of Recruitment who wants to push the boundaries on the craft of Recruitment in a unique, product focused environment. What will you do?

• Lead - You have the chance to train and mentor teammates building their careers in recruiting. You act as a coach to team members and hiring teams, you will use your experience and situational awareness to help recruiting partners hone in on their craft.
• Own - You'll manage and own the whole recruitment process from beginning to end across all functions: Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance and People.
• Bring a focus on data - You're excited by the role that data can play in improving recruiting outcomes and processes. 
• Partner - You'll partner with Hiring Leads to understand the what and the why behind the way we approach recruitment at Shapr3D.
• Set goals - You'll forecast recruiting outcomes and helping collectively guide teams towards reaching their goals.
• Care - You'll share our values and exhibit them in your actions and communication to provide an outstanding candidate experience. You'll want everyone you work with to leave with an enhanced opinion of Shapr3D and the recruiting process.
  

What will you need to be successful?

• You are versed both in recruiting and sourcing for a variety of roles - experience with technical and/or product roles is a must as these areas generate most of our organisational growth.
• You are a role model and leader - you motivate your team members and help them to be successful.
• You are a confident communicator - you can pitch to candidates, and influence recruiters and stakeholder of any level in the organization.
• You are an adaptable self-starter - you use your own initiative to keep things running at pace and won’t wait for explicit directions. It is a huge plus if you have experience in the start-up/scale-up world.
• You are confident with tooling and make data driven decisions by running reports and building dashboards.
• You are resilient and curious by nature - you like flipping ambiguity, failures and set-backs in their head by actually using them as learning opportunities.
