We want you to join Shapr3D as our next Customer Support Specialist to solve our users technical or administrative difficulties with our app.
This role will get you really close to Shapr3D users. You will understand and solve their issues that they face when using our app. You will help them experience the benefits of our app by unblocking usage hassles and troubles.
You’ll work in the team of Customer Support within the Marketing and Customer Experience organization.
