Laana Popat

Laana Popat is currently employed at Shara as a Lead Product Designer in the Growth department. Prior to this role, Laana worked as a Product Designer at Designlab and as a UX/UI Designer at Kwepa Insurance. Before transitioning to the field of design, Laana gained experience in architecture, working as a Junior Architect at ARTIZANS LTD and as an Architectural Associate at Atelier New York Architecture. Additionally, Laana has a background in arts advisory and marketing, having held positions at The Heller Group, Inc., Circle Art Agency, and Safaricom. Laana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Design and Architecture from New York University, and has also completed a UX Academy program at Designlab.
