Anil Jha

Anil Jha has worked as the Head of HR at Sharda Motor Industries Ltd since October 2012. Prior to this, they were the Head of Delhi at OMAM Consultants Services Pvt Ltd from June 2008 to July 2009. Anil also served as the GM of HR at Organic India Private Ltd from September 2006 to March 2008.

Anil Jha has a diverse educational background spanning several institutions and fields of study. Their education journey began in 1966 when they attended St.Xavier's School in Doranda, Ranchi, where they pursued their ICSE degree with a focus on English, Science, and Mathematics. Upon completing their ICSE, Anil Jha joined St.Xavier's College in Ranchi from 1975 to 1977, where they furthered their scientific knowledge by studying Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. During the same time period, they also attended Ranchi University, completing the I.Sc program in the field of Science.

Anil Jha then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc Hons) degree in Physics from Delhi University, attending from 1977 to 1980. Subsequently, from 1982 to 1983, they attended the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi, where they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PGDPM), specializing in HR.

Anil Jha's educational journey continued as they pursued a Certificate course in General Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 2006 to 2007. This course provided him with a comprehensive understanding of various management principles.
