Jane Kidd, FCA, PCC has extensive work experience in the field of finance. Jane has been in the industry since 1992, starting their career as a Partner at Eastwick Partners. Jane then went on to become the Director of Kerburn Rose in 1999, followed by the Finance Director of Health Enterprise East (NHS Innovation Hub) in 2004. In 2007, they became the CEO of Duncan Sadler Ltd, and in 2010 they were the Principal and People & Organisation Service Lead at Advisian. In 2015, they took on the role of Executive Director at DELTA OYSTER LTD, and in 2016 they became the Director of UK ICF. In 2013, they joined Keaz as an Advisory Board Member and Interim Finance Director, and in 2018 they became the Non Executive Director and Interim Finance Director at ShareRing.

Jane Kidd, FCA, PCC has an extensive educational background. Jane completed their MBA at the London Business School between 1990 and 1992. Prior to that, they attended the University of Portsmouth from 1977 to 1980, studying Business Studies. Jane also attended Ravensbourne School for Girls from 1969 to 1975. Her earliest educational background was at Bromley Road School from 1962 to 1964. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming from the Academy Neurolinguisic Programming.

Kidd also holds several certifications. Jane obtained their Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation in September 2016, a Diploma of Workplace and Business Coaching from The Open Door Coaching Group Pty Ltd in August 2012, a Certified International Trainer from International Training Solutions (ITS) in June 2010, a Certificate IV in Workplace and Business Coaching from The Open Door Coaching Group Pty Ltd in April 2010, Cultural Transformation Tools Parts 1 & 2 from BARRETT VALUES CENTRE LIMITED in October 2009, and a Fellow Chartered Accountant from ICAEW in August 1985.
