Mark Kourt

Mark Kourt's work experience starts in 2001 at Citi, where they served as a SWIFT Specialist and played a key role in the move of the Financial Messaging Unit from NYC to Buffalo. From 2003 to 2010, they worked at Ciena Capital, LLC as a Project Manager on the Quality Improvement Team and later as an Investor Reporting Analyst and Loan Accounting Specialist. Mark led Six Sigma projects, completed cost reduction projects, and coordinated the sale of SBA guaranteed loans. From 2010 to 2019, they worked at Capital Crossing Servicing Company LLC, where they were responsible for investor reporting and loan servicing processes and led loan servicing special projects. In 2019, they joined Guidehouse as a Senior Associate, supporting a process review project at a Federal Government Agency. In 2020, they became an SBA Manager at Presidential Bank, and in 2021, they became an SBA Portfolio Manager at 44 Business Capital. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Reporting and Quality Control at Sharestates.

Mark Kourt attended Binghamton University from 1997 to 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration.
