Dr. Aisha bin Bishr

Dr. Aisha Bin Bishr serves as the Vice President of Digital Transformation at The Global Diwan and is a Board Member at Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park, where strategic directions in research and technology are guided. In addition to these roles, Dr. Bin Bishr is the Non-Executive Chairwoman at shaffra and a Board Member at Arab Financial Services, focusing on digital payment solutions in the MENA region. Academic contributions are made as a Member of the Board of Directors at the University of Wollongong in Dubai and previously as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Higher Colleges of Technology. Noteworthy experience includes serving as Vice Chairwoman of Emaar Development and Director General of Smart Dubai, where significant digital transformation strategies were implemented. Dr. Bin Bishr holds a PhD in Management on Science, Technology, and Innovation from The University of Manchester and has completed several leadership and public finance management programs.
