Purvin Shah

SVP, Global Product Development at SharkNinja

Purvin Shah is the Global Product Development Senior Vice President at SharkNinja. Purvin has over fifteen years of experience in managing capital and process improvement projects using Six Sigma tools. Shah also has experience troubleshooting technical customer issues in-house as well as at customer-locations during production trials. In addition to these responsibilities, Shah also has daily supervision responsibilities that include auditing production and environmental shop-floor requirements.

Prior to joining SharkNinja, Shah was the Flexographic Engineering Manager at Cello Pack Corporation from September 2005 to August 2012. In this role, Shah was responsible for managing capital and process improvement projects using Six Sigma tools. Purvin also troubleshot technical customer issues in-house as well as at customer-locations during production trials. Additionally, Shah had daily supervision responsibilities that included auditing production and environmental shop-floor requirements.

Before their time at Cello Pack Corporation, Shah was a Trainee Engineer at Ferromatik Milacron India Ltd. (formerly known from August 2003 to October 2003. In this role, they were responsible for statistical analysis of NPD injection molding machine.

Shah began their career as an Intern at Hi-Speed Turbodrives Ltd from August 2002 to August 2003 where they assisted in the design and manufacturing of a vertical powder-packaging machine.

Purvin Shah's educational career includes completing an executive development program at The Wharton School, a leading finance program at Harvard Business School Online, and a disruptive strategy and innovation program at Harvard Business School Online. Purvin also holds a master's degree in industrial engineering from the University at Buffalo, as well as certification in Reliasoft Reliability Engg and ISO-9001 Internal Auditer Training. Additionally, they are a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Mechatronics engineer from Sardar Patel University.
