Barbara Rentfrow

Barbara Rentfrow is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Regional (South) at XPO Logistics since August 2018, Barbara has held various significant HR roles, including positions at Radial Inc. and Macy's as Director of Human Resources. As a Senior Director of Human Resources at Ashley Furniture Industries, and in earlier roles at Linens N Things and Staples, Barbara has demonstrated expertise in HR management and consulting. Additionally, Barbara has been a consultant with Human Resources Consulting 4 U, LLC since February 2009. Barbara Rentfrow holds a degree from Eastern Illinois University.
