Kelly Karrmann has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Kelly currently serves as a Marketing Manager at SharpenCX since 2023. Previously, Kelly was the Owner of Klevergirl PR + Marketing from 2008 onwards, where they collaborated with various businesses to enhance brand experiences and customer relationships through strategic messaging and digital strategies. Prior to this, they worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Delta Faucet Company from 2021 to 2023, leading digital and brand content strategies. Kelly also held the position of Director of Marketing at Eleven Fifty Academy from 2019 to 2021, where they oversaw marketing strategies, lead generation activities, and traditional marketing efforts while managing agency relationships. Before that, Kelly worked as a Digital Experience Designer at Delta Faucet Company (2017-2019), Associate Communications Manager at Creative Converting (2011-2012), and in Marketing & Public Relations at Boatman Geller (2007-2008).
Kelly Karrmann obtained a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications Design from Purdue University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications over the years. In 2019, they received a UX Certificate from the Nielsen Norman Group. In 2022, they completed a certification in Omnichannel Marketing from Kellogg Executive Education. In 2023, they obtained certifications in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing from HubSpot Academy.
