Kevin Schatz

Kevin Schatz is currently the CTO at Sharpen. Prior to that, they were the Sr. Director of AI & PureCloud Strategy at Genesys from May 2017 to November 2018. Kevin has also worked at Interactive Intelligence from January 2006 to April 2017 where they were the Manager of Global Development Services. In this role, Kevin was responsible for managing global custom development and business intelligence Professional Services for Interactive Intelligence with a primary focus on time-to-value, quality, and customer experience.

Kevin Schatz pursued a Bachelor of Science in Network Engineering Technology from Purdue University. Kevin then went on to earn certification from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
