Laura Bassett is an experienced marketing professional with a robust background in leading marketing strategies and product marketing across various companies. Currently serving as the VP and Head of Marketing at SharpenCX, Laura has previously held significant roles at NICE, including Vice President of Content and Product Marketing and Senior Director of Product Marketing.
