David P. Tusa

David P. Tusa is the CEO & President at Sharps Compliance. Prior to this, they held various positions at different companies from January 1990 to December 2003. Some of their previous titles include Executive VP & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Sr. Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (CFO). David has also been Corporate Controller at CRSS INC. and a Senior Manager at KPMG.

Some of David's accomplishments include spearheading the transition from a legacy telecommunications billing company (Billing Concepts) to software-driven bill presentment and payment organization (Princeton eCom) through Partnership with Private Equity (Lazard Partners & Mellon Ventures). David also successfully closed and financed a $83M international construction contract within three weeks of hire (Serv-Tech, Inc.). Furthermore, they have administered the implementation of policies and procedures to fully comply with corporate governance rules and regulations including Sarbanes-Oxley, SEC and NASDAQ.

David has a proven track record in enhancing shareholder value and improving efficiencies of finance and administrative functions. David is an experienced leader with a keen understanding of the ever-changing landscape of the business world.

David P. Tusa has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston and is certified by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant.
