Catherine Mellington

Catherine Mellington currently serves as the Head of Resourcing and Reward at Shaw Trust since August 2020 and has also held the role of Interim HR Mobilisation Manager. Prior to this, Catherine accumulated extensive experience at Ingeus from November 2009 to August 2020, progressing through several positions including Human Resources Lead, Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Manager, among others. Catherine's career began in the NHS as a Personal Assistant to the Director of Contracting and Procurement for a brief period in 2009, followed by roles at Ingeus as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of Europe and Quality and Performance Administrator. Catherine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Birmingham, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, and a Post Graduate Diploma in the same field from Coventry University, along with completing a Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Birmingham.
